Hi, I'm Collette - a Life Coach, Career Coach and Executive Coach based in Dublin, Ireland. I am a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I staged a career change and trained as a Life, Career & Executive Coach, having previously spent 20 years working in the private sector, in a client facing role as a solicitor.

Why? Well, I loved my job as a solicitor for many years, but somehow, over time, I lost my love for it. I still liked it, but didn’t love it anymore. With the help of some great coaching, I re-assessed my values and came to the conclusion that full-time, full-on employment just didn’t fit me anymore. I needed more time for family and more freedom both in time and location. So I have lived the career change journey and the coaching journey!

Coaching was the logical next step for me. I still get to meet lots of people and hear their stories. I am still using the people skills I honed over 20 years in the legal profession. And crucially for me, I am still involved in making change happen for clients in a positive and empowering environment, and I love to see them progress. An absolute non-negotiable for me in any career is that I had to ENGAGE with human beings! Coaching clients was helping me feel the love again!

And so ENGAGE LIFE COACHING was born. I love coaching one-to-one, but I decided to create online courses so I can bring my skills and insights to many at an affordable price and so the magic of coaching can spread!
